Terms of Service

Welcome to BallBall. These Terms govern your use of the BallBall mobile app and related services (the “Service”), operated by BallBall, Inc., a Delaware, USA corporation (“BallBall”, “we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1.The Service
BallBall helps padel players discover games, see how well a match fits them, join matches, find clubs and tournaments, and connect with other players. The Service is currently in early access (beta) and is provided on an invite-only basis; features may change or be removed.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.
3.Accounts
- You sign in via a third-party provider (Apple, Google, or Yandex) and may link your Playtomic profile.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
4.Invite Codes & Rewards
Invite codes and any referral rewards (free membership periods, etc.) are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable except as intended in the app, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abuse (e.g. fake or self-referrals) may void codes, rewards, or your account.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or endanger other players; post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; scrape, copy, or resell data from the Service; interfere with or attempt to break the Service. You are responsible for your own conduct, on and off court, when using the Service to arrange games.
6.User Content & Ratings
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, social ratings). You grant BallBall a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. Be fair and honest in player ratings.
7.Third-Party Data and Services
The Service surfaces padel game, club, and player information from the Playtomic platform and relies on third-party providers (sign-in, analytics, crash reporting, hosting). We are not responsible for third-party services, and the availability or accuracy of such data is not guaranteed.
8.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Padel is a physical activity — you participate in games at your own risk. We do not vet venues, courts, or other players, and we are not responsible for matches, bookings, injuries, or disputes arising from games arranged via the Service.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BallBall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11.Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (including in the EU, Spain, and Cyprus).
